A beautiful
position with a magnificent view over the port of
the holiday resort Bali. These two hotels are built
on a small hill in traditional style. The Mythos
Beach is located on a nice sandy beach and the Sofia
is only 50m away. Our central position on the Island
of Crete makes us easily accessible to all Ports,
Airports, Archeological sites, traditional villages
and the well known beaches of Western & Southern
Crete. There is a public bus to Heraklion city (approx
50km) and Rethymnon (30km).
Accommodation
Twin rooms consist
of: Shower/WC, Refrigerator, Safe, Satellite TV (with
charge), Air Conditioning (only in High season and
free of charge), Hairdryer, Radio, Line for PC. The
Family Rooms are furnished the same as the twin rooms
but have a separate bedroom with kitchenette and
telephone. Rooms are cleaned daily, Linen & Towels
are changed twice a week.
Food & Beverage
In the Hotel
Sofia there is a Snack bar with a Panoramic Terrace
and a Restaurant. The Hotel Mythos has an a la Carte
restaurant and also a Bar. Food served in typical
Cretan Style. Breakfast is served buffet sytle. Halfboard
offers breakfast and dinner.
Hotel Facilities
Our recently
renovated accommodation facilities are gathered in
four buildings, offering you a reception desk and
a small lounge area. In the Mythos Beach there is
a TV corner in the Bar and an Internet corner (charge
for use).
Sports & Leisure
In Hotel Sofia
- Swimming pool & Changing room. Table tennis,
Billiards. There is also a Watersports & Diving
centre on the beach, which is payable locally. Furthermore
a Bike station is located in the Village for rental
of Mountain bikes.
Childrens Facilities
Small playground
and possibility of Animation twice a week (high season).
