The Minos Palace Hotel disposes of the Amalthea main restaurant, which is surrounded by large balconies overlooking the KRI-KRI island and the town of Aghios Nikolaos. It serves breakfast daily from 07:15 to 10:00 (a select American buffet with a wide selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese, eggs, bacon, cereal etc.). Lunch is served al fresco in Asterias Taverna from 12:30 to 16:00. Guests who prefer a la carte may choose from an extensive menu of Greek specialties and international dishes. Dinner is served in the Amalthea restaurant from 19:00 to 21:30. An excellent choice of Greek and International cuisine with a selection of the best Greek wines. Buffet themes include International gastronomy, Greek specialties evening, an Italian cuisine and a Gala dinner. Special dinners such as anniversary, birthday, a la carte, vegetarian or diabetic are available upon request. Bacchus piano bar is open daily for refreshments and bar snacks with waiter service around the pool. Live piano music shows six nights a week (May to September). Kikri beach bar is open daily for refreshments and snacks and an evening transformation where candle light and the stars create the atmosphere.

The hotel has gym room and sauna room. In addition to that there are also two tennis courts where beginners can have lessons from an experienced coach. A variety of sea sports and activities are available for hire at the water sports center on the hotels beach, including wind- surfing, water ski, canoes, pedalos, sailing, snorkeling, parascending. Jet-ski and PADI scuba diving courses with fully qualified instructors.
