Melitieon Resort - St. Johns (known locally as
Aghios Yannis). Quiet and relaxing resort with
a leisurely atmosphere and a small sandy beach
with watersports. A handful of tavernas and souvenir
shops line the beach. Low key entertainment.
Close to lively resort of Benitses. 40 Mins from
the airport by coach. Ideal for people who like
a quiet base with an opportunity to enjoy some
lively distractions now and again. The Hotel
is located on the south east coast of Corfu,
surrounded by green hills on a slope above the
coastal road, only a few meters from the beach,
which is accessed by an under ground tunnel.
The main nightlife and shopping areas only 2.5
km away. Distance to Corfu town and airport 15
km. The hotel is located 15 km from Corfu airport
(CFU)

Standard
rooms - 2 adults. Family rooms with bunk beds
- 2 adults & 2 children. All have garden
view or sea view (upon request, not guaranteed).
All standard and family rooms feature: Centrally
controlled air-conditioning, International direct
dial telephone, radio & music channels, colour
satellite TV, hair dryer, safe deposit box, bathroom
Balcony.
Room Information
Cleaning
6 times a week. Linen and towels change 3 times
a week. Should you require everyday change (at
extra charge), please contact reception. On your
departure day you must check out by noon (12:00).
If you wish to stay longer, please contact Reception
to check availability and extra charge. Safes
are available in every room and may be rented
at reception at extra charge.

Main-Restaurant
at the Lobby serving breakfast and dinner. Beach
Taverna serving lunch. Beach Bar. Pool Bar. Children's
bar at the children's park. Roof Garden Bar with
evening entertainment. Lobby Cocktail Bar (indoor).
BREAKFAST (Main restaurant): 07:00 - 10:00. LUNCH:
12:30 - 14:30 (Beach Taverna). DINNER: 19:00
- 21:30 (Main restaurant).

Outdoor
fresh water swimming pool with separate children's
pool - sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
Children's park with fresh water swimming pool
and baby pool - mini-golf - playground and animation.
2 tennis courts. Basketball, Water polo, Bowls,
Aerobic and Water Gymnastics. Outdoor squash
and archery. Table tennis and Pool table. Included
water sports are windsurfing, pedaloes and canoes
available at the beach. For guests to use the
water sports it is imperative that you can swim.
Children under the age of 15 need to be accompanied
by an adult. For table tennis or tennis contact
the animation team. A guarantee fee is required
for all equipment. Guests may use the equipment
or the tennis court for up to 30 minutes. Should
there be availability, then it will be at the
discretion of the animator in charge to extend
the usage. Entertainment is available throughout
the day at various venues of the Hotel. Please
view the animation program on the board at the
lobby. The Gymnasium in the basement is open
from 10:30 to 11:30. Sunbeds and parasols are
available at the Beach, the Pool and the Pool
Park.

and excursions. *Med Hotels now have a desk with
reps in Corfu airport, they will help you with
enquiries or requests you have. (This is open
24 hours).
Bars
The Main
Bar operates until pm 24:00 (as All Inclusive).
From 24:00 (midnight) until 02:00 (am) all drinks
are to be paid for. Snacks are available at all
bars throughout the day, except the Main Bar.
At the bars you are entitled to unlimited quantities
of locally produced spirits, beer, wine, soft
drinks, juices, coffee and tea. Afternoon tea
at the Beach and Pool Bar from 16:00 till 17:00.
Ice cream for children available at Beach Bar
and Pool Park only. The Gift Shop is open from
08:00 until 22:00 daily. You can find everything
you might need, from newspapers, magazines and
books to souvenirs, T-shirts, beach items, toys,
snacks, ceramics and jewellery. Please take note
of the following: guests will be served a maximum
of 2 drinks at each visit to the bar and alcoholic
drinks are prohibited for children under the
age of 18.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks:
There is
a full board consisting of a Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinner served in the rich buffet style at
the Main Restaurant. There are various delicious
Snacks served at selected bars from 10:00-24:00.
There are five hotel bars serving selected snacks,
variety of locally produced alcoholic drinks,
soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee: Beach
Bar; Pool Bar (both open from 10:30-17:30); Roof
Garden Bar; Main Bar (both open from 18:00-24:00)
and Snack Bar. Ice Cream is served between 10:00-17:30
at the Beach Bar and at the Pool Bar.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment:

(Pedaloes, Canoes - available from 10:00-18:00/
weather permitting); Beach Volleyball; Tennis;
Table Tennis; Water polo; Aerobics; Archery.
There is also a Children's club available. Various
shows, day & evening animation programmes,
live music, Theme nights (Greek Night, Italian
Night, etc.),traditional Greek Folklore, Cabaret
and Disco are available for AI guests.
