Hotel Miramare
is built in a very green location 4 km from the historic
town of Eretria. In natural gardens full of mediterranean
plants, trees and flowers its an ideal setting for
an unforgettable stay at any time of the year. Through
a safe underground passage, you reach a picturesque
small bay with a sandy beach which is less than 120
meters from the hotel. The hotel standing in grounds
of 20000 sq. meters has been carefully designed bearing
in mind the comfort and wellbeing of the guests.
It preserves a tradition of caring family atmosphere
and service which makes it an ideal location and
proposition for every visitor all the year round.
Accommodation
Forty four modern
and fully equipped bedrooms are situated on three
floors in the main building of the Hotel Miramare.
Additionally there are three pavilions located in
the adjacent flower garden, with a total of forty
seven bedrooms. All rooms have a view of the gulf
of Evia. All of them are equipped with spacious balconies
flowering plants, where you can relax, sunbathe or
watch the sunset, dry cleaning, color satellite TV,
VCR on demand, AM/FM clock radio, direct dial telephone,
air condition and central heating. Fridge for rent
15 euros per week.
Food & Beverage
During winter
days enjoy a drink next to the open fire in the main
lobby area. Guests can order from a variety of Greek
and International quality dishes in the panoramic
restaurant. During summer enjoy the sunshine whilst
eating !! The open air restaurant is located next
to the swimming pool, under a pergola. There you
can taste famous Greek dishes and fresh fish grilled
on the barbecue which is a house specialty. During
the summer evenings enjoy your dinner on the panoramic
terrace with views of the East Attica coast. You
can choose your dinner either from the menu card,
or from the dinner buffet.
Hotel Facilities
You can relax
in the fresh water swimming pools which are located
in the middle of the garden. The heated covered swimming
pool allows you to swim in fresh water at 28 degrees
celsius during winter. If you love training we have
created for you a fully equipped fitness room and
sauna. There is a basketball and a tennis court.
Rackets and balls to hire. Additionally the lanes
behind the hotel are ideal for many kilometers of
jogging, walking or cycling in a natural rural environment.
Tennis court equiped for night play too. Other hotel
facilities such as baby sitting, mini market, transfer
from/to the airport, dry cleaning, rent a car, free
deck- chairs at the pool, refreshment stand at the
beach, towels for the beach and the pool, free parking,
personal safe-deposit boxes and childrens outdoor
play area are also available for the hotel guests.
